About our Speaker
Brady McDonald is the CEO of Barefoot Land Co., a Florida-based real estate development company specializing in land acquisition, Class A self-storage, and RV parks across the U.S. Starting with no experience and one investment property, he built his real estate empire from the ground up, growing from DIY duplex renovations to developing and managing hundreds of
multi-family units before expanding into commercial real estate.
Formerly a Utility Arborist Instructor managing the training of over 1,000 employees, Brady left a secure career to chase freedom through real estate. After successfully scaling his Canadian residential portfolio, he relocated his family to the U.S., where he redefined his business, founding Barefoot Land Co., now a growing team of professionals operating nationwide.
Brady’s work blends strategic vision with hands-on grit, and he’s passionate about creating opportunity through real estate, whether by revitalizing land, building high-performing teams, or mentoring fellow investors.
Outside the boardroom, Brady is an elite endurance athlete and passionate philanthropist. He has completed some of the world’s toughest races, including: the 240-mile MOAB ultramarathon, Ultraman Arizona, and multiple 100-mile races. To date, he’s helped raise over $100,000 for various children’s charities, and his next challenge is his boldest yet:
WishMaker50—running 50 km in all 50 U.S. states to raise $1 million for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
