Not only do we recognize those outstanding individuals, but we also take a moment to uplift the collective efforts of Goodwill’s dedicated staff and community partners who play a vital role in supporting participants on their paths to self-sufficiency.
Join us on March 20th 2025, at the Nash Family Event & Conference Center at the Pro Football Hall of Fame from 7:30 – 9:15 AM for an inspiring morning over a hot breakfast buffet and coffee.

Nick Doyle will be the keynote speaker.
Nick is from Canton and is a master of many skills! To meet Nick is to become immediately welcomed into his “squad” and most likely, his embrace.
Nick, who was born with Down syndrome, has defied expectations and broken ceilings at every turn from youth into adulthood. Nick has been a huge catalyst for the success of The Improvaneer Method, where he now works as an Assistant Director and National Sales Director.
He originally proved his leadership skills as an original member of The Improvaneers, the world’s first all Down syndrome improvisation troupe. The spotlight always seems to find Nick and with good reason, whether it is getting millions of Youtube views through an inspiring online video, appearing on The Kelly Clarkson show, or most recently being named the first individual in Ohio with Down syndrome to be recognized for the Stark County Leadership Twenty Under 40 Class.
Nick has now fulfilled his dream of being a professional speaker. He currently is performing his show entitled, “Unleashing Your Big Dog – My Roller Coaster Journey To Success” around the country. Nick lives with his parents, Lisa and Tim Doyle and is one of five children. Nick loves music, sports, fitness, cooking, and travel
