Meet your instructor:
I began practicing yoga in 2020 to alleviate pain in the lower back, shoulders and neck. Initially I was practicing for the physical benefits but soon noticed that my yoga practice helped me maintain a calm and grounded state of mind both on and off the mat. While getting my yoga instructor training, I began to explore using musical instruments to play during savasana to help facilitate a calm restful state. Since then I’ve acquired a variety of instruments and love playing them everyday not just for my yoga classes but also for myself
