Just as the tides are governed by the celestial pull of the moon, our bodies—composed of nearly 70% water—are deeply rhythmic. Join Michael at his dedicated Gong Studio for a "Spirit of the Sky" session: a psycho-acoustic immersion designed to wash away the hectic grid of modern life and return you to your natural, fluid state of being.

In this session, Michael utilises three Gongs to break down blocked, stagnant energy, slow the brainwaves and raise our vibration. These powerful vibrations flow through and saturate your entire body right down to the cellular level.

As our brainwaves slow down they produce various altered states of consciousness which are well researched and are shown to trigger the release of several happy hormones and chemicals by the brain to reduce tension and stress, improve blood pressure, elevate our moods, calming our minds, whilst promoting healing and wellbeing and even for some reducing pain.

As the Chau and Wind Gongs rise like a powerful tide, you will find yourself in a daydream state—safely anchored, yet miles away from the hustle of the world.

Wear warm, loose clothing (socks recommended) as body temperatures often drop during energy work. We provide mats, cushions, and blankets, but feel free to bring your own. Try to avoid large meals or alcohol before arriving.

Car parking is available for up to 3 cars, one on our drive and two at the front of our house. Filtered Reikied water is available and for those who would like one, a hot herbal tea afterwards.

There will be time at the end of the session to share your experiences and ask questions.should you wish to do so, or just soak up the high vibrational energies. Alternatively you can try your hand at playing the Gong yourself, and feel free to take any photos.

In the protected Gong Space, it is common to experience a profound connection with the Universe and even the creator of all things through the Plasma Field. Many attendees report positive feelings of bliss, peace, joy, and love as their body resonates at a higher frequency from the synergy of Crystals, Reiki, and Sound Vibrations.

Though rare, some may briefly experience moments of anxiety, grief, or sadness as trapped negative energies are released. This is a beneficial and normal part of the release process. Under Michael's expert guidance, your session is a deliberate journey into profound healing and deep rest.

The journey begins with Michael setting a sacred intention. You will be guided into specific, rhythmic deep breathing, a by stimulating the Vagus nerve and calming your nervous system.

Holding your eyes closed, your brainwaves begin to slow (shifting from Beta to Alpha). You will receive Reiki-charged crystals for continuous energy healing and vibration elevation, followed by a short Qigong Inner Smile meditation to direct healing energy to your chakras.

As the Gongs pick up pace using haunting mystical tones and complex overtones primal rhythm and the Om chanting commence, your consciousness shifts into the deep Theta and Delta states—the very realm where the body’s true healing begins and the conscious mind takes its rest.

Gongs are one of the oldest and most powerful therapeutic and transformational instruments on this world. For thousands of years these timeless instruments have been used for, ceremonies, rituals, prayers, and meditation.
