This free “Feeling Lost in Grief?” bereavement support group will be led by GSH Bereavement Coordinator Christina Reuschlein, MSW. The group will read and reflect on “I Don’t Know Who I Am Anymore” by Carole Holiday, discussing how her faith-filled perspective can make grief more relatable and manageable.Each meeting will focus on the unique aspects of attendees’ grief and emotions in a safe and respected space, and all will receive educational materials about understanding and managing grief. Many people find that learning more about grief, connecting with others and listening to other people’s stories helps them feel comforted on their grief journey.
Registration is required for this support group by March 27.
