About this Event
This session combines guided rhythmic breathing with an immersive musical journey to create a cool, contemporary style of meditation that is new and refreshing. This breathwork experience will allow you to leave your thinking mind behind, taking where you need to go – accessing new states of consciousness, and allowing you to find joy and clarity in the path ahead.

Christina is the founder of Good Peoples, a studio for wellness and creativity. Her sessions apply a new lens to everyday practices, whether it’s breathwork with a soundtrack that juxtaposes pop hits with orchestral soundscapes, or writing classes that incorporate meditations and oracle card readings.
