Join Forbes Library and Trauma Informed Hampshire County for an afternoon of fun on the Forbes Lawn, in celebration of Good Neighbor Day 2025!Good Neighbor Day is an annual event encouraging communities to get to know each other. Being connected to others is healthy and important for our well-being, and good neighbors play a key part!
Bring your own picnic blanket/chairs and enjoy:
Fun art activities that celebrate our neighbors
Lawn games from the Forbes Library of Things
Free snacks, popcorn, and drinks
Northampton Mayor reading a Good Neighbor Day proclamation at 2pm
International folk dancing led by an instructor from 2:30-3:30pm
Presented by Trauma-Informed Hampshire County and Forbes Library, in partnership with Northampton Neighbors, Cutchins Programs for Children and Families, and Greenfield Cooperative Bank.
