About this Event
Mindfulness practice is sometimes described using two words: intention and attention. We plant seeds of intention to remind us to pause, speak with compassion, and reflect on what matters, and then we try to bring attention to those intentions.
As 2023 comes to a close, take time to slow down and attend to your mind, heart, and body in a supportive, communal environment. This retreat led by Mindfulness Coach, Alison Cohen weaves components of meditation retreats included guided meditation drawing from Judaism and other practices, discussion using Mindfulness-Based Communication for Connection tools, and words of reflection to help deepen your practice.
This retreat builds on our Listen Up: A Mindful Communication Series, but all levels—and attention spans—are welcome.
No one will be turned away from this event due to lack of funds. For more information, please contact our Jewish Life Associate, Molly, [email protected].
