A griefy good time — where compassion, remembrance, and community come together (with a little extra joy for kids, too).
The Good Grief Run & Walk is built around the belief that movement and community can be healing. We gather not to “get over” grief, but to honor our stories, feel connection, and support one another. Whether you’re remembering a loved one, supporting a friend, showing solidarity, or just enjoying community — this is your space.
Families are warmly welcomed, with a kid-friendly atmosphere that includes a Kids Zone featuring face painting, bubbles, and yard games — plus a free scoop of Ben & Jerry's ice cream for participants. Come as you are, and bring the whole family.
