Join us this Good Friday for a deeply restorative and nurturing Sound Bath experience, designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

This special session invites you to honour the energy of the season — a time of release, reflection, and renewal — as we gently let go of what no longer serves and create space for fresh intentions.

✨ What to Expect:
You’ll be guided into relaxation with a calming meditation, followed by a soothing sound journey using:

• Crystal singing bowls
• Chimes
• Gong
• Gentle voice guidance

Allow the vibrations to wash over you, bringing your body and mind into a state of deep rest and balance.

✨ Perfect for you if you:

• Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or need time to pause
• Want to reconnect with yourself
• Love meditation, sound healing, or holistic wellbeing
• Are ready to release and reset for the new season

✨ What to Bring:

• A blanket (for extra cosiness)
• Pillow or cushion
• Eye mask (optional)
• Water bottle
• Anything to help you feel comfortable
