BEER TASTING NOTES:
Danny's Wedge Tropical Pale Ale
4.4% ABV
A light, sessionable beer with fresh tropical aromas from Mosaic Cryo and Galaxy hops give sticky over ripe mango, apricot, and passionfruit flavours. Citra in the whirlpool and Bru-1 in the dry hop add citrus and fresh zesty pineapple to balance. Lighter bodied than most hazy pales to cut back on perceived sweetness and create a beer you can drink over and over again
Hefeweizen
This version of a Hefeweizen balances sweetness with spice. Notes of banana, clove, and wheat malt in this beer create an enjoyable tasting experience, making it a favourite among both beer enthusiasts and those new to craft beer. Enjoy it on its own or pair it with a range of dishes to fully appreciate its versatility.
India Red Lager
5.2% ABV
A rich, sweet lager with notes of biscuit, sweet caramel and orange rind. Layered toasted malts provide a deep red colour and malty sweetness that balance the floral, citrus and berry aromas from late boil hop and dry hop additions. A real Hybrid of styles that perfectly represents the start to the cooler months.
Mango Coconut Vanilla Kettle Sour
6.5% ABV
This bold and refreshing imperial-strength fruited kettle sour is a tropical delight. Starting with a lower ABV base, the addition of vibrant mango purée brings a delightful complexity also elevating the ABV to 6.5%. An exquisite balance between tartness and fruit-forward sweetness lets the rich, creamy coconut and lush mango take centre stage. Subtle notes of vanilla round out the profile, creating a smooth and indulgent mouthfeel. Perfect for sour beer enthusiasts who crave a bold, tropical twist with a high ABV kick.
