Important Ground Rules (Please Read)
Event Ground Rules
To ensure a fun, fair, and safe environment for all attendees, please adhere to the following rules:
1. RESPECT IS MANDATORY
Treat all fellow collectors, vendors, and staff with kindness and respect.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Harassment, bullying, foul language, or any aggressive behavior will result in removal from the event.
2. PRACTICE GOOD HYGIENE
For the comfort and health of everyone handling valuable cards, please ensure you have clean hands.
Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance and key locations. We encourage its use before handling other people's collections.
3. TRADE & SELL AT YOUR OWN RISK
All trades, sales, and purchases are final and solely between the individuals involved.
Gonza Anime Merch and Hobby Shop and event organizers are NOT responsible for resolving disputes, verifying authenticity, or ensuring fair value. Inspect all items carefully before agreeing.
4. SECURE YOUR VALUABLES
You are responsible for your personal property at all times. This includes binders, decks, bags, and wallets.
NEVER leave your collection unattended. The event organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
5. ALL TRADING CARD GAMES ARE WELCOME
This is an inclusive space for fans of all TCGs (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.). Please be respectful of everyone's interests.
6. STRICTLY NO COUNTERFEIT CARDS
The trade or sale of counterfeit, fake, or proxy cards (misrepresented as authentic) is strictly prohibited. Anyone violating this rule will be immediately ejected from the event.
7. KEEP THE VENUE CLEAR AND CLEAN
Please do not block aisles or pathways with bags or chairs.
Dispose of all trash in the designated bins to help us maintain a clean space for everyone.
8. FOLLOW GONZA'S SHOP POLICIES
All standard rules of Gonza Anime Merch and Hobby Shop remain in effect. Please respect the store and its merchandise.
By participating in this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these rules.
