Come join us on Sunday evening for a rejuvenating meditation experience hosted

by A. J. Creative Works and Tap to Shine Wellness!

We will meet inside the FLX Move Pilates Studio at 5117 Brown Street in Skokie, IL

to learn about the power of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Tapping and

how to use it for releasing stress from your mind and body.

The EFT Tapping experience will be followed by a Gong Sound Healing Meditation Journey to help you relax, unwind, and let go of negative energy.

Info: As you enter the FLX Move Pilates Studio, you will check in and then select your cozy meditation spot on the floor. You can bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and anything else to help you feel comfortable during the two-part experience. Feel free to bring a journal to write down your thoughts, feelings, or new understandings about stress release.

Info: Tap to Shine Wellness owner Sonia Pietruszka will lead the group through a seated tapping session. She will share her expertise in coaching clients to transform overwhelm, anxiety, and fear into confidence, acceptance, and trust. Sonia will introduce the benefits of tapping and explain how your body holds onto stress even after your mind has logically moved past an unhappy experience. Sonia will demonstrate the tapping procedure and will coach you through several rounds of tapping to release stress held in your body.

Info: A.J. Creative Works owner Amber J. McLean will lead the group through a laying down sound journey meditation. She will share her expertise in how sound vibrations move through your body to unblock stuck energy in your chakras. During the sound journey meditation, she will be using a variety of instruments such as Tibetan Singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Chimes, Tingshas, Peruvian Goat Hooves, tuning forks, an ocean drum, a metal drum, a rain stick, and a gong to create a space for self-healing and peace of mind.
