Gong Sound healing works on a cellular level, using vibration and frequency to calm the nervous system, quiet mental chatter and release stored stress in the body. As the mind softens, the body naturally shifts into a state of rest, repair and balance. Reiki energy flows throughout the workshop supporting emotional release and grounding the body while restoring energetic harmony. Together, these two modalities create a profound sense of reset and relaxation, restoring balance to the mind and body.
