What are you recovering from or to?

In an effort to make this event accessible, this event is by donation. Unsure how much to donate? Laura's events are typically $30-45/person. Just give what you can while taking into consideration your ability to contribute. No amount is too small.

*If you are buying more than one ticket, please be sure to purchase one for each participant so that we can account for the correct number of people.

*Doors will be locked at start of event.

*Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled so we may start on time.

* Bring a journal/pen if you wish to journal during the 5-minute transition/journal time allotted

**Registration required. No walk-ins

This event consists of a short meditation followed by an extended Gong Sound Bath. There will be 5 minutes for journaling (or sitting quietly for those that don't wish to journal) immediately following the Gong Sound Bath (bring a journal/paper and pen!). There will also be ~5-10 minutes for sharing and/or questions.

*** I always set up an altar so feel to bring an item to place on it during the event to infuse it with good energy, an intention or to honor someone/something

Laura found sobriety in 2012 and was introduced to the Gong 1 month later. It became a supportive and transformative part of her recovery journey. She's delighted to be able to share it with others. The Gong is said to contain all the sounds of the Universe and heals whatever needs to be healed. It will allow your nervous system to relax and your body to experience and remember its own, natural state of healing.

We all have the opportunity to find our own path to recovery. For some, it's through 12-step programs, rehab, revelations, epiphanies, connection to others and self, community, spirituality, movement, sound, ad infinitum. My hope is that you find another avenue here to support your own recovery through sound healing, connection, community, and compassion.
