Come and join me for an hour of sonic relaxation. Be bathed in the healing resonance of gongs, bowls and other instruments. I will play while you rest, no need to do anything! Please come prepared to lie on the floor (those with mobility issues message to discuss) Please bring a futon/mattress topper, thick yoga mat etc to help you be comfortable. As you will be resting for a full hour please bring plenty blankets, pillow, (some folk bring a hot water bottle as your temperature can drop) Bring water to drink, it’s important to be well hydrated. (Please avoid alcohol before and after)If you’d like more info on gong baths and have not been to one with me before please message my page to discuss the contraindications which include- Meniere’s Disease, recent surgery especially with pins and metal implants, severe osteoporosis, caution during pregnancy, with pacemakers and those with epilepsy. Also not advised for those with Schizophrenia.
