Expect the resonance of three large gongs, crystal bowls, thumb piano and other novel sounds designed to quiet the mind and relax the body. The vibrations of the gong help your brain produce theta waves - similar to meditation. All you have to do is get comfy, close your eyes, and let the sound carry you. Perfect for stress reduction, emotional release, creative reset, or simply chilling out. 💫🌿🎶

Hannah Tapner is a holistic therapist with 25 years’ experience in yoga, meditation and relaxation. She offers sound healing through weaving singing bowls, gong, mbira and chimes, creating gentle journeys that invite calm, presence and inner balance.
Bio Iain "DexnFX" Dexter
After a long journey with African percussion, Dex found a new passion in the mesmerizing world of gongs. He was drawn to the deep, resonant hum, believing it to be a window into the universe's first sounds. Dex sees himself as a sonic explorer, using his gongs to seek out and share the primal frequencies that echo the very beginning of creation. Come, listen, and let his music transport you.
