The sound creates a spacious, meditative state where the body can soften and the mind can unwind.
This session is especially supportive if you’re experiencing:
• stress or overwhelm
• anxiety or mental fatigue
• difficulty switching off
• emotional heaviness
No meditation experience is needed. Simply lie back and allow the sound to carry you.
