In this 90-minute immersive Gong Harmony Sound Bath, layers of harmonic sound will melt tension, restore clarity, and reset your nervous system, all within the serene beauty of Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden. Lie back, let the vibrations wash over you, and emerge renewed, grounded, and harmonized.
Bring Your Comfort! Yoga mat, blanket, pillow/bolster, water, eye mask (optional), and comfortable clothing.
