Hosted by Rebecca Emken, who has been serving tea in the Chaozhou Gong Fu Tea Ceremony for almost three years. She is a disciple of Dr. Ming Wu, a master of Chinese Medicine.
In November 2025, Rebecca went to China on a three week journey to learn about Chaozhou culture. She learned from Yi Mo Tea House in Guangzhou, and personally experienced how the Gong Fu Tea Ceremony is embedded in Chaozhou culture.
In this Gong Fu Tea Ceremony, you will learn about the six types of Chinese teas, and their various tastes and properties.
You'll taste three premium quality teas, with floral aroma, smooth texture, and sophisticated flavor.
You'll experience tea served in the the Gong Fu ceremonial way, which brings out the rich, multilayered flavor profile of the teas.
You'll receive a packet of tea to take home and enjoy.
