At Hearthstone we are gearing up to celebrate September's Moon-Viewing Festival (or Mid Autumn Festival) with several events celebrating Asian tea, including this event. Join us for a Chinese style of brewing and serving tea known as Gong Fu Cha or literally, serving tea with skill.Using traditional gong fu tools you will be guided through multiple steepings of the same tea, each steep of the leaves brings out different flavors. We will be enjoying a pu'erh, a dark tea traditionally aged between 5 and 8 years in tightly packed blocks. This fermenting makes for a unique flavor like no other and a quality, high-end tea.
We will be doing multiple sessions, the first starting at 12pm and the second starting at 1pm. Each session will accommodate no more than 6 people and will take approximately 45 minutes.
