This workshop offers the person in chronic pain, their caretakers, or their health care professionals an introduction to the science of chronic pain that is accessible and understandable. It will offer practical, integrative, and holistic solutions to pain management. You'll leave with meaningful tools and experiences to get you started on changing your pain today!
This 2 hour workshop will be followed up with an optional 5 week series called A Mind Body Approach to Pain that is perfect for implementing what you learn in the workshop and putting it into practical application at home to reduce or change your pain for good and get you (your loved ones or your clients) back to living the life we deserve!
*Yoga Teachers earn 2 CE's for attending.
*No prior yoga experience necessary.
