Steph Healy brings her beautiful Gongs, singing bowls, chimes and ocean drum to Providero, LLANDUDNO once a month hosted by Kate from OM YOGA.
Having been a practitioner for over 10 years, Steph is well known in North Wales as being the expert on all things Sound, so you will be in very safe hands for this sound journey experience!
When you come to a sound bath, all you have you do is lie down and make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and rest. We have the use of yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and cushions at the upstairs studio, but not enough for all, so bring gather what you have at home and we can add to your nest at the studio!
As an experience, many people talk about being immersed in powerful waves of sound from all directions, which is why the treatment is known as a “Sound or Gong Bath.” Each time the sound will affect you in different ways depending if you are stressed, exhausted, relaxed etc. So come with an open mind and heart, lie down and let the sound take you on a cleansing and interesting journey!
Tickets are £20.00 pp or £36.00 to Bring a Friend.
Ticket price includes herbal teas, cake and dried fruit at the end to ground and nourish.
(Warning: A gong bath isn't appropriate in the first trimester of pregnancy, if you've just had surgery, pacemaker or suffer with epilepsy.
