Suitable for beginners and regulars (adults only).
Gong sound baths are rooted in ancient sacred history and have long been used to improve our well-being and relax the body. The nourishing sound frequencies and vibrations relax the body, mind and spirit and help us bring back a state of optimal health, inner harmony and peace.
The soothing sounds of the gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and therapeutic percussion can help the brainwaves slow down - we enter in a sort of dreamlike state allowing us to let go and reconnect to ourselves.
The benefits of a gong bath include deep relaxation, better sleep, mood improvements and stress reduction. Some participants are deeply moved and can encounter altered states of consciousness leading to experiences of clarity, joy and peace.
What to bring:
-Yoga Mat (or anything else to lay on the floor)
-Warm blanket
-Small pillow
-Comfortable, warm clothes & socks
-Eye mask (optional, but recommended)
-A bottle of water
Note:
-Limited spaces, advance booking essential.
-Gong baths are not recommended for pregnancies in the first trimester, individuals with pacemakers/metal implants, epilepsy, or any form of a serious mental health condition. By purchasing your ticket, you confirm that you have read and understood these conditions.

***Be on time. Doors open at 8:20 PM. Please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance to set up your mat and make yourself comfortable. To minimise disruption for others, LATECOMERS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. Doors close at 8:30 PM.***
No refunds for non-attendees or latecomers.
If your plans change last minute and you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please inform me in advance (at least 3 hours before the event by email) if you wish to do so and I can amend the attendee list. Anyone who is not on the attendee list will not be admitted.

ALL PROGRAMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR CANCELLATION by the organiser. If the organiser cancels the event then a full refund will be issued and notification of cancellation will be sent via email at least 24 hours before the event or asap.
