Gong Bath Meditation

Join us for a deeply relaxing session to bring stillness and balance to body and mind!

What is a gong bath?

Gong bath is an immersive and theraputic sound experience - an inactive type of meditation where you 'bathe' in the healing vibrations of sound. Participants typically lie down and immerse themselves in the vibrations and tones produced by the gongs, promoting relaxation and a sense of well-being.

• Smudging - energy clense

What to bring?

Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. Please bring a water bottle, you may also wish to bring a cushions for your head and wear warm clothing for your comfort.

This session is not recommended :

• During first trimester of pregnancy
• Suffer from epilepsy, Meniere's Disease, Tinnitus or severe Osteoporosis
• Have a pacemaker or recently undergone surgery with metal implants
• Sever Mental Health illlnesses

Note: Please arrive 10 minutes before the event starts. Late arrivals will not be let in as this disrupts the session.
