This is the last gong bath of this year, and it will prepare you for the magic of Winter Solstice, Christmas holiday, and a celebration of New Year.
This sound bath will allow you to relax and take a deeper breath, open yourself for a smooth transition to a new cycle - relaxed, embodied, with an open heart, and prepared.
Join me for a deeply relaxing and uplifting Gong Bath where we will unwind to relax our minds and bodies, offering ourselves a valuable time of deep rest and reset.
Through the powerful resonance of the Earth Gong, you will be guided into a meditative state of rest and healing, allowing old emotions, blockages, and limiting patterns to gently release.
The frequency of the Earth Gong is grounding, nourishing, and deeply restorative. It reconnects us with our natural rhythm, supporting balance in the body, clarity in the mind, and strength in the heart. Please bring your yoga mat, cushions and blankets to ensure you are comfortable; you could also use chairs to sit in through the session - these will be provided.
Doors open 10 mins before the event starts, please arrive on time to chose your space and make yourself comfortable.
Late arrivals will not be allowed in as it creates disruption and noise for those present.
