I warmly invite you to join the sonic celebration of this relaxing Gong Bath where I will guide you into deep relaxation, rest, and healing through releasing of old emotions, blockages, patterns whilst gently bathing in the sounds of the Earth gong.
The frequency of the Earth Gong is grounding, nourishing, and deeply restorative. It reconnects us with our natural rhythm, supporting balance in the body, clarity in the mind, and strength in the heart. Please bring your yoga mat, cushions and blankets to ensure you are comfortable; you could also use chairs to sit in through the session - these will be provided.
Doors open 10 mins before the event starts, please arrive on time to chose your space and make yourself comfortable.
Late arrivals will not be allowed in as it creates disruption and noise for those present.
