- Release ritual: Write down what you are ready to let go of, charge it with intention in the flame of a black candle, and offer it to the fire for transmutation.

- Immersive Gong Bath: Allow waves of sound from gongs and crystal singing bowls to wash over you, recalibrating your energy, soothing your nervous system, and carrying you into altered states of awareness.
