Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and water. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Entry will only be permitted 10 minutes before start time. Please be On Time! It is important that you are present for the introduction. Late arrivals disrupt the flow and energy of all involved and may not be allowed entry.
