After this wonderful summer break, it is my pleasure to be holding my next Gong & Sound Bath on Sunday the 14th September 2025 from 16:30 -18:30 at The Wellington Health & Wellbeing Centre in Hastings.Either for the first time or as a regular sound bather, no session is ever the same yet a sacred time for me to allow the instruments to sing through me and emit their sounds to be felt and heard.
