We are so excited to be offering this very special Retreat.
Embracing our inner wildness to nurture it outwards, this weekend of yoga and movement will be held at the beautiful Chyan Community Farm, nr Falmouth in Cornwall.
Here we will connect with ourselves, each other in circle and with nature in it’s rawest elemental form.

Enjoy being nourished with delicious healthy food, immerse yourself in the natural Soma Spa and learn through movement and yoga practice. Your time at the Junya Retreat will allow you to reconnect to the land and support you in giving yourself full permission to put down the weight of every day holding and find sanctuary.

Your teacher : Gill Sadler has been offering dance and yoga practices for 15 years +, she is a yoga therapist for children and young people, in addition to offering flowing practices supporting students and class participants to listen in to the natural rhythm of their own body. She has been facilitating retreats and wellness days of 5 years and is most in her element when fusing her practices with nature, particularly in Cornwall.

She describes this retreat as a very magical and treasured Retreat. Golowi Wellbeing was founded some years ago, whilst I rejuvenated in the vitality of the Cornish land. This full weekend retreat is Golowi in all it’s glory ~ we promise you will leave us feeling the true essence of Golowi Glow.
