Golden Hour Healing -Reiki & Crystal Healing Meditation & Soundbath:
Join us for an evening of deep restoration, relaxation, and energetic renewal through guided meditation, Reiki healing, crystal therapy, and immersive sound healing. Together we will journey into a calming golden light visualization inspired by the warmth and radiance of the Summer Equinox, allowing healing energy to gently cleanse, recharge, and restore the body, mind, and spirit. Each participant will experience crystal healing support while being bathed in soothing frequencies from singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, and other therapeutic instruments designed to calm the nervous system and promote inner peace. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, comforted, and renewed in a peaceful golden glow. ✨
Giselle will guide you through a gentle visual journey in meditation to infuse soothing healing energy during this experience. A soundbath will be followed after the meditation. Crystal will also be used as a therapeutic tool for relaxation.
