Hello Summer! Experience the magic of the "Golden Hour" like never before! We are taking over the pool deck at RAMADA INN by Wyndham - Houma for a sunset experience that bridges the gap between movement and deep, vibrational rest.
Amy (Seek Up Yoga) will lead you through a yoga flow and just as the sky turns to gold, Annie (Blissful Elements) takes over with an immersive Sound Bowl experience, bathing the deck in healing frequencies.
PLUS You'll have the option to FLOAT in the pool during the soundbath! 😱
