The Golden Girls play detectives? Say less! Celebrate the release of the second book in the Golden Girls Cozy Mystery series, “Death on the Lanai” by Rachel Ekstrom Courage at Werner Books & Coffee. We will be hosting a Golden Girls Day on June 3 during regular business hours, 9 AM to 8 PM.
What to expect:
- House made cheesecake (available for purchase as supplies last in the cafe)
- Character themed cafe flight (available for purchase all day in the cafe, drinks announced closer to event)
- Book display of Golden Girls themed books, including Murder by Cheesecake and Death on the Lanai
- FREE Golden Girls themed games, activities, and a photobooth
- A chance to solve the mystery by finding a hidden “Golden Girls Golden Ticket” somewhere in the store
PLUS! Feel free to dress the part and come decked out as your favorite Golden Girl!
This event day is free to attend with books, coffee, and other items available for purchase.
