Really exciting news, from beginning of September I am launching a Fitness Class for the ‘Golden Agers’ . Focusing on building:-
- Full body strength
- Mobility
- Endurance
All sessions are fun, engaging and supportive. Any abilities welcome.
Starting in September, at Blackfordby village hall; 10 - 11am (Monday and Wednesdays).

Let me introduce myself:-
I am a 65 year old woman who has overcome many different obstacles in my life.
I recently became a double Hyrox world champion (where I competed in Chicago against other women athletes across the world).
Health and fitness has been my life, qualified gym instructor and spent many years as a professional within the NHS.
I use exercise as my own medicine; I’ve had a shoulder replacement, (waiting for another one), suffer with chronic arthritis and asthma, however rather than preventing me from exercising it encourages me to continue moving and strengthening to maintain a better quality of life.
I now want to be supporting others in their own journey, and teach people that exercise can be enjoyable!
