About this Event
Take an hour out of your Wednesday for a self-care process that diversely engages the senses. Wellness facilitators Afeni Grace and Emmanuel Daniels will take participants through a guided meditation, accompanied by the sounds of 3 singing bowls, each corresponding to a different level of healing in the body. The second part of the session includes beginner-level body movement, designed for somatic grounding and deeper body-mind connection. You will leave the session feeling lighter with greater levels of mental and physical restoration.
Guests of all backgrounds, meditation experience, and fitness levels are welcome. Guests must wear comfortable clothes, and bring water, a yoga mat, and (optional) a pillow for comfort during meditation.
