About this Event
We've listened to youand we’re excited to officially launch Rebound’s first running training programs, starting with the Gold Coast Marathon & Half Marathon Training Programs.
This is a community-focused, race-specific program built for:
- Pure runners
- Runners who enjoy using cross-training (cycling or swimming) to support their running goals
- Triathletes who want to prioritise their run performance
Whether you’re preparing for your first half marathon, chasing a PB, or coming from a triathlon background and wanting to improve your run, the structure adapts to your experience.
The program features a structured, periodised build, optional lead-up races, in-person coached sessions in Brisbane, and the ability to follow the full plan remotely via TrainingPeaks.
