Going Yin-wardGoing Yinward is a blindfolded yin yoga practice designed to gently turn your awareness inward. With vision removed, the body’s other senses naturally awaken—breath deepens, sensations become clearer, and the nervous system is invited into a state of quiet listening.
We’ll move through long-held, supported yin postures while wearing blindfolds (provided or optional), allowing the mind to release comparison and the body to guide the experience from the inside out. This practice emphasizes interoception, subtle sensation, and deep rest, creating space to notice what’s usually drowned out by sight and stimulus.
No prior yin experience is needed. You’re welcome to modify, remove the blindfold at any time, or simply rest.
Come as you are—this is a practice of feeling rather than doing.
Cost is $20 or included with membership!
