New York Times–bestselling author Jessica McKay takes the stage with Zoe Winkler, the co-founder of This Is About Humanity, to discuss how children’s books can start conversations, give language to complex feelings, and help parents and children heal together.
Jessica will speak to her first children’s book, “Always With You, Always With Me,” a lyrical celebration of working moms everywhere, and her latest, “Eden’s Light,” which reminds children that their inner light will guide them through dark times.
Guests have the opportunity to gift “Eden’s Light” to children in need via This Is About Humanity, which is dedicated to raising awareness of separated and reunified families at the U.S.-Mexico border.
