Join us for the Goddess Synergy Movement Circle, a guided movement experience where women come together to move, express, and reconnect with their bodies.

Many of us have been taught to stay small, stay composed, and stay in control. This circle is an invitation to step out of those boxes and explore movement without inhibition.

This is not a dance class, and no prior experience is required.

The focus is on exploration rather than performance, allowing each participant to move in a way that feels natural to them.
