The💫"Goddess Gatherings" 💫 are monthly women circles where we focus on various practices related to women’s health in all ways-mind, body and spirit. I invite all women who wish to share sacred space where we may inspire and heal from being in circle, sharing a gentle, somatic yoga practice and moving meditation.The practice will focus on releasing tension in the chest, shoulders, upper back and neck. This is open to all-levels and women ages 16-.
