Let's talk, see and touch the plants provided to us that are Antiviral and Antibiotic, even powerful against antibiotic resistant bacteria. We will talk about how to use them and how gut health really needs to be first as a preventative and how to really protect the lungs from all the respiratory distress.
Time to make an acetic tincture! Guava leaves are a medicinal plant packed with antioxidants, and we will go over the best way to make this particular tincture packed with zinc.
Registration fee of $40 includes tincture supplies, taste tests, recipes (including our Fermented Ginger Ale) and goodie bags of samples to use at home.
