Yoga with goats = the perfect zen happiness! Join us for a morning yoga session, taught by one of our certified yoga instructors. Goats will jump around, interact & play with yogis during the class. Prepare for an hour of smiles & pure joy! Get your cameras ready for some great goat selfies! Not a seasoned yogi? No problem! Our classes are designed for all skill levels, even newbies. Let’s be honest, most come for the goat love!!!

What’s better than yoga with goats? Obviously goat yoga followed by a beer! Cigar City has phenomenal drinks; stay after class and enjoy your favorite beverage!

PLEASE READ ***Goats will jump and can nibble - be aware you will be in close contact with goats during the yoga session - this yoga class is not recommended for anyone with health conditions that could be bothered by close interaction with goats/animals. Also not recommended for young children as goats can and will jump. Not recommended for those that do not like interacting with animals. You will be interacting closely with animals during this class. Goats are NOT potty trained.***

FAQs

Is there a minimum age requirement to enter the event?

* Children must be at least 10 years of age to participate and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What should I bring into the event?

*Bring your own yoga mat/large old towel. We are doing this event on concrete so we advise an old towel over an old yoga mat for added cushion. Please be aware, yoga mat could get dirty. Please bring your own bug spray, a sweat towel and bottled water with screw top lid to stay hydrated. The goats do jump so we advise wearing t-shirts instead of tank tops.

Goat Yoga Tampa swag (tanks, hats, etc.) will be available for purchase. If you think you might want any of these fun items, please bring cash.

How long is the class?

*We do 45 minutes of yoga (for all levels) followed by 15 minutes of goat photos, poses and selfies. You may stay as long as you like and have a few drinks after class .*

Do the goats do yoga?

*No, but that would be cool! The people do the yoga, the goats are there for the unconditional love and joy. It's like animal therapy meets yoga meets your favorite beverage. It's a win-win-win!*
