Goat Yoga in Sarasota

Goat Yoga is the peanut butter and jelly of dream life combinations. Class is an all levels flow surrounded by our friendly goats. Center yourself and unwind from life, while laughing and smiling.

Due to Covid protocols we ask that guests bring their own mat, beach towel or blanket. Class is outdoors where we can safely distance. Masks are optional.

Ages 9-109 are welcome. Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian.
