Goat Yoga at Goat Shed 🐐🧘♀️Stretch, smile and share your yoga mat with some very cheeky four-legged friends.
Join us at the Goat Shed for Goat Yoga, an experience like no other in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Led by Em from Embrace Yoga, these relaxed sessions are perfect for beginners, groups of friends, or anyone looking to try something a little different outdoors.
Your session will last around one hour and includes:
• 10 minutes to meet and welcome the herd
• A 40-minute guided yoga session in the goat pen
• 10 minutes at the end to relax and say goodbye to your new four-legged yoga partners
Expect plenty of laughs, curious goats wandering between mats, and the occasional playful interruption from the herd.
What to bring
Please bring your own yoga mat, towel or blanket (preferably something you don’t mind getting a little muddy — you’ll be practicing on the grass in the goat paddock).
Dress comfortably for stretching and for the great British weather.
Good to know
• Sessions take place outdoors in the goat pen
• This is a beginner-friendly yoga session
• Our goats are cheeky and may nibble or climb during the session
• Adults only (18+)
Some of our evening sessions line up with Pizza in the Paddock, so you can make an evening of it, stretch it out with the goats and then wind down with a slice as the sun sets over the paddock.
