🐐 ‘Breath-In, Bleat-OUT’ is a Karmably event that blends the lively energy of goats with the peaceful practice of meditation. While meditation often emphasizes stillness, this experience celebrates joyful chaos, making it a fun and memorable introduction to mindfulness.
During the session, our playful goats will 🐾 nuzzle, 🐾 nibble, and 🐾 bleat, showing that meditation is a journey - imperfect yet rewarding. Instead of chasing perfection, participants will learn to embrace the moment's unpredictability.
You’ll leave with 😊 smiles, 📸 adorable selfies, and a fresh outlook on finding joy in life's imperfections.
