About this Event
Join us at Goat House Farm for a practical, beginner-friendly clinic focused on vaccines and injections in dairy goats. This class is designed for goat owners who want to feel more confident handling routine herd health care and better understand the basics of giving medications safely and correctly.
During the clinic, we will discuss common vaccines used in goats, how to read labels, how to store and handle products properly, and the difference between SQ (subcutaneous) and IM (intramuscular) injections. We will also talk about syringes, needles, restraint, and basic technique so participants can better understand what they are doing and why it matters.
This clinic will include hands-on learning along with live demonstration and discussion in a real farm setting. Whether you are brand new to giving injections or just want to feel less stressed when it is time to vaccinate or treat your goats, this class is designed to make routine Medic*tion skills feel more manageable, more understandable, and a lot less dramatic than your goats act.
Season pass holders, use code SPASS at checkout.
Due to limited hands-on space and preparation costs, tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another participant or future clinic with prior notice.
