In this interactive session, we will build on your established goals and move into execution—refining strategies, identifying priorities, and creating a clear, actionable plan for your business.

This workshop includes guided breakout sessions designed to help you collaborate with other business owners, troubleshoot challenges, and strengthen your growth roadmap for the year.

After the workshop, we will continue the conversation over lunch at Applebee’s (included), providing time for connection and networking.
