This 2-hour couples workshop helps partners reconnect, realign, and collaborate on goals that strengthen their relationship. Using the Wellness Wheel adapted for relational dynamics, couples will gain insight into their shared strengths and unmet needs across communication, intimacy, teamwork, emotional wellbeing, and family life. Jennifer’s Language Technology framework supports couples in co-creating goals with empathy, clarity, and emotional safety. Jennifer McMaster is a holistic practitioner with over 20 years of combined experience in kinesiology, coaching, and social work.
