Friday Evening Goal setting Cacao Ceremony
Join Amanda for a beautiful, relaxing and motivational cacao ceremony to get you connected and clear on how you want to step into being your true & authentic self, how to use manifesting techniques to bring this into your life, with the help of the powerful natural heart-opening drink Cacao.
During this 2 hour workshop, you will discover the benefits of cacao to not just your physical but to your mental, emotional and spiritual body too. Let yourself pause, reconnect and listen to your own inner knowledge to empower yourself for the future.
What is a Cacao Ceremony
This Cacao ceremony will help you to drop past the conscious mind and into the heart, relax the nervous system, and help you to access your internal compass to move forward from a place of deep focus and relaxation
You will then be guided on a journey of meditation, relaxation, poetry, gentle movement & pure relaxation. A chance to journal will be offered throughout the ceremony to make note of anything that has come up during the ceremony. We will also introduce manifestation tools that are powerful to use when feeling relaxed and your heart is open and in a state of peace.

Meet the Teacher
Amanda found her calling when making the move from the corporate world into the health & wellbeing industry over 10 years ago. As a qualified 500 hour Yoga teacher, Reformer & Mat Pilates instructor, health coach & cacao facilitator she believes in guiding and motivating others to embrace the power of the human body to feel empowered, to heal and encourage everyone to recognise the importance of taking time out of this busy world to relax, recharge and connect back in with themselves.
